The golf clubhouse will be an important social venue in the early stages of the development, not only for those playing golf but for all residents.

The plan is to include the golf shop, pro shop and changing rooms, as well as a gym that will serve the community, a restaurant, bar and swimming pool.

The second level terrace is on the north side of the clubhouse, overlooking what we are planning as the 18th hole of the back nine links course along the shoreline. The view will be spectacular, as the clubhouse is already situated substantially higher, the same as the front line of homes overlooking the back nine course and the ocean.
