Who may reserve lots?
While the pre-sales reservation offers are open to the public, we are not going out into the broader market with this – no advertising or active marketing. Sales and marketing efforts will begin after the master plan is completed. The pre-sales offers are in response to those who are close to the company who have asked for it, and are being made available only here on the Cielo Mar website where interested parties may stay apprised of the progress of the master plan and the development of the community.
How long will this offer be available?

About the Developer
Who is the developer?
Procon is the developer for the Cielo Mar community, and the current plan is for Procon to be the first builder for the first phase. At this time, we estimate the cost for home construction will be approximately $125 / sq ft, including the solar roof. Expectations, estimation for size of homes: could typically be 1250, 1500, 2000 sq ft. Procon will also be offering a substantial discount on construction costs as an incentive for early home building.
